Today, my boyfriend told me that he was gay and that he is in love with my younger brother. FML

Today, my boyfriend asked me to set up his new Mac and transfer all the pictures from his old notebook. Seems like he forgot that when he went on vacation 2 months ago he took pictures of him having sex with another guy. We've been together for 3 years and just moved in together. FML

Today, I slept with this new guy for the first time. After sex, he said the doggie style postion was fun, it reminded him what it would be like to rape a girl. FML

Today, I was driving and stopped behind a person at a stop sign. Their car didn't move for about 1 minute. I got out of my car yelling at the person. It was an old woman. She wasn't breathing. FML

Today, I woke from last night after meeting the most amazing man, and after giving him a good morning kiss, roll out of bed to use his bathroom. After using his toothbrush, I go to replace it in his holder only to find not one, but several prescriptions for herpes in his unzipped toiletry bag. FML

Today, I got stuck in an elevator for 2 hours with my boyfriend and the guy that I have been secretly having sex with for 6 months. FML

Today, I went out on a date with a girl for the first time. I opened her car door for her and then slammed her leg in it upon closing. She will be in a cast for 6 weeks. FML

Today, my girlfriend asked if her friend Alex from high school could join in with us and we could have an amazing threesome. As a horny dude how could I say no...Turns out Alex is also a guys name. FML

Today, my girlfriend and I lost our virginity to each other. Before, I reached over to her computer and put on "Your Body is a Wonderland". Surprisingly, I lasted through the song and didn't realize her itunes was on random. "Rape me" by Nirvana came on. I still finished. FML

1) I named my cat Captain Nemo. I dropped her off at the humane society to get spayed, and it almost tore my heart out. It was like leaving a child behind.

2) I feel like I'm starting to come into my own, artistically. Which in turn is making school seem maybe not so bad.

3) While I'm "coming into my own," I realized the other day that I never shoot big. My current goals for myself are very easily attained....I don't demand much of myself. Now I'm trying to figure out if my denying myself opportunities out of general apathy, or if I'm just easily contented.

4) Speaking of contentment, things couldn't be going better for me at the moment.....at least not in the most critical segments of my life. School is looking up, I have a badass cat with a equally badass name, I have an incredible woman in my life, money has picked up at work, i bought a nikon d80 to play with, taking a vacation next week.....yup. I'm content.

i can haz kitten?

i went to the humane society with whitney yesterday, because she is considering getting another cat....i've wanted a cat, but i had no intentions of getting one for at least a few months.

i played with a dozen or so and wasn't feeling any of them, then the lady let us go to the back where all of the cats that weren't quite ready for adoption were stashed.

my eyes glance around from cage to cage, they abruptly stopped on this one kitten that stared at me with a look as though it peered into my soul. it was in a cage with two of her brothers who were exuberant as all hell, when i put my hand up to the cage she started to lick my finger, then her brothers jumped on top of her to get to my hand...she didn't back away despite being jumped on and shoved, her eyes stayed locked on mine....completely calm, and with a look of intense intelligence...didn't make a single sound....the lady pulled her out of the cage and handed her to me....she just sat in my arms and started purring as she pushed her nose into my chin.

she's a 4 month old female, she is getting spayed tomorrow and i'll be getting her sometime next week....she is mostly black with some white and a little black mustache on her nose.

this is the first pet that 1)i've acquired on my own, 2)will live inside, 3)is a cat and i'm a little weird about holding animals.....and this cat was the first animal i've held in YEARS....something about her made me unable to not hold her.....needless to say i'm super pumped.

i'm thinking the name joan or margot....but i'm not completely sold on one.
